Account access

If the account “Login” is a blue hyper link the account is available for access by the enterprise admin as well as the KeySurvey / FORM support staff. This will allow the copying/cloning of forms and surveys across accounts in different departments.

Below is an example of two accounts. JS@msn.com is locked for support access by the user whereas JorgF and therest of the accounts are unlocked and can be accessed by support or the Enterprise Admin for assistance.
