Field | Type | Description |

User ID | Link | This is a link that allows you to log in the user account. |
Login | General | The email address that user specified in the profile information. |
Password | Read-only | The password that user specified in the profile information. Select the check box below this field to make user change the password at first login. Click the Reset Password button to generate a new password to this account. Notification will be sent to account email address. |
Registration | Read-only | The date and time when user registered. |
Login Expire | General | The date when user's login expires. The date must follow the year-month-day standard. For example: 2004-05-23. Enter the date in the mentioned format or pick the specific date by using mini-calendar next to the field. |
Credits | Read-only | The current amount of the available credits. |
Add/Remove Credits | General | You can add or remove credits by placing the amount to add or remove in this field. A negative amount represents removal. The current amount of the available credits is displayed to the right of this field. |
Sessions | Read-only | The number of sessions that user spent in the account. |
URL Suffix | General | You can enter a suffix that will be used in all survey links of this account. |
User Type | Drop down box | User types: Single User, Multiuser Admin, Multi-Access. |
Name | Read-only | The name that user specified in the profile information. |
Company | Read-only | Company name that user specified in the profile information. |
Phone | Read-only | The phone number that user specified in the profile information. |
Read-only | The email address that user specified in the profile information. | |
Subaccounts | Read-only | This field shows the number of available subaccounts for Multiuser Admin. A negative number represents removal. You can see the current number of subaccounts to the right of the field. |
Current subaccounts | Link | Subaccounts ID - links that allow to log in subaccounts. |
Available actions
Click [Lock Account] to deny user access to this account.
Click [Show Rights] to display all the features.
Click [Hide Rights] to hide all the features.
Click [Show Details] to display the area for copying or restoring surveys.
Click [Hide Details] to hide the area for copying or restoring surveys.
Use [Back] or [Next] buttons to move along the found user accounts.
Click [Save] to save your changes.
Copying user survey to another account
To copy user surveys to another account, click [Show Details], and then:
Use the Select Survey drop-down box to choose the survey you need to copy.
Select the With Results check box to copy the survey with the results.
The information on the survey results will be available in report only. There will be no information on the uncompleted and completed surveys on the 'Email Results' page.
Enter the user ID of the account you want to copy the survey to into the Type UserID text box.
Click the [OK] button to copy the survey.
Restoring or final removing of the deleted surveys
You can restore or remove deleted surveys for the users.
Click [Show Details] and the following columns will be displayed if surveys have been deleted:
Column | Description |

Deleted On | It contains the date when the survey was deleted. |
Survey Name | It contains the names of the deleted surveys. |
Credits | It includes the number of credits used for viewing the results of the deleted survey. |
Restore | Click the corresponding button in this column next to the deleted survey you need to restore. |
Remove | Click the [X] button in this column to finally remove the survey from the user account. |
Click [Hide Details] to hide the information on the deleted surveys.
