Autofill Authentication

"Autofill authentication" plugin allow to grant an access to respective form (accessed by unique link only) for respondent using the login and password that are autofilled to certain questions of this form.

Apply this plugin to your form/survey and specify following parameters:

1. * Login field - Indicate the field with autofilled username using Qx.Ay notation.

2. * Password field - Indicate the field with autofilled password using Qx.Ay notation.

3. Offset left (px) - For forms specify left indent in pixels to keep a neat form layout if needed.

4. Offset top (px) - For forms specify top indent in pixels to keep a neat form layout if needed.

Please note, that this plugin also works with question and answer identifiers, so you can use them instead of question and answer numbers in plugin parameters.
