Emails alerts on errors for RDS plugin

Allow to specify the email address to receive the email alert on the errors for the RDS plugin​.

Overview

The new setting in the Remote data Sender (RDS) plugin allows setting the email address to notify of any errors.

The email will be sent to the specified email address on every error and retry.
