Mobile Numeric Keyboard

Now you can turn on the numeric keyboard instead of the regular keyboard when answering certain question types using the Mobile App.

You will have three options to choose from:

• Regular keyboard

• Numeric extended keyboard containing additional symbols needed to input a phone number

• Simple numeric keyboard

The option will be available for certain question types and for certain answer fields:

• In a Single Line Text question type, if the ‘Format answers’ checkbox is selected

• In a Pick One with Comment question type, for a 'comments' text field

• In a Check All That Apply question type for an 'other' text field

• In a Matrix question type, you can turn on the Mobile Numeric Keyboard when formatting columns of 3D Matrix scales

• In a Numeric Allocation question type, for a customized text format
