Re-assign Task Automatically action
Once you have selected this action, the system will display the Task re-assignment tab with the following options in the dropdown menu:

Status | Description | Example |

Unassigned | Task will not be assigned to any person from the Contact Manager (default option). | |
Contact | You can select anyone from a Contact Manager linked to the Task Definition. The system displays the dropdown menu with the list of contacts. | ![]() |
Form Field | Task can be assigned to the person indicated in the answer option. | ![]() |
Initial assignee | The first contact ID who completed the task. |
