Re-assign Task Automatically action

Once you have selected this action, the system will display the Task re-assignment tab with the following options in the dropdown menu:

Status

Description

Example

Unassigned

Task will not be assigned to any person from the Contact Manager (default option).

Contact

You can select anyone from a Contact Manager linked to the Task Definition.

The system displays the dropdown menu with the list of contacts.

Form Field

Task can be assigned to the person indicated in the answer option.

Initial assignee

The first contact ID who completed the task.
