Add Logo for New Form Builder

You can add a logo to the form to meet your company or product's design.

To add a logo to the form follow these steps:

The Media library pop-up will be opened. Click on the Upload button to select a new image you wish to attach or select an already uploaded image.

You can change the image's size, alignment, edit image description and other options:

Specify where you want this logo to appear by selecting the Alignment.
Change logo Size. If you are not sure what size it should be click on the lower right corner of the image and drag it to the required size. Preview the survey to see if matches your survey layout.
Logo Description allows you to add a short description to the Image.
You can add any custom text using Mouse Over option. Respondents will see it if they move their mouse over the survey logo.
The On click open link option allows you to redirect survey respondents to your web site or any other page in the web after clicking the logo image.
Click the Preview button to view your logo in the form. It will be displayed on the top bar of the central panel according to the applied settings;
Click the Save button to save the logo and its settings.

Editing the Logo

If you applied the logo to your form, but later you decided to change or delete it, follow these steps:

On the Logo Settings pop-up, click the Change (1) button to change your image to another. Once you have clicked it, the Media Library window will be opened. Choose your image, set up its settings and save your results.
Click the Remove(2) button to delete the image. After removing it, the Logo Settings pop-up will be empty again.

• Hover over the icon near the Size option to read a hint.

• The Back to the original size option is disabled by default.

It will be enabled only in case you change the original width or height of the selected image.
