Graphics Export

To export your form report in a graphic format, follow these steps:

1. Click Run Report.

2. In the Report Summary mode click Export under the question with survey results in graphic format.

This page contains the following controls:

• Graph Type Using this dropdown box you can select various types of diagrams.

• Width Use this box to enter the width of the diagram.

• Height Use this box to enter the height of the diagram.

• Show question in title Select this checkbox to display the question text in the title of the diagram.

• Rank in order Select this checkbox to arrange the items in descending order.

• Zoom in Select this checkbox to enlarge the diagram.

Use the radio button totals to scale the diagram in units corresponding to the total amount of respondents having selected the definite answer.

Use radio button percent to scale the diagram in percent.

Click Update to save your changes.

To save the graph, follow the steps below:

1. Move mouse over graph.

2. Right click.

3. Choose Copy.

4. Select Paste to paste the picture into the needed document.
