This feature is available for Pick One (Radio Buttons) and Dropdown Box question types.

In this case the answers will be automatically ranked and displayed in the corresponding lines. For example, the 'Strongly Agree - Strongly Disagree' will look as follows:

1. Strongly Agree

2. Agree

3. I don't know

4. Disagree

5. Strongly Disagree
