Data Models

Data models (DM) work as advanced databases of any information (for example, names, email addresses, positions, date of birth, favorite workspace, and others) to be used on the platform.

You can create multiple data tables, and then use these records the following way:

  1. Let participants select an option in Object Lookup or Multiple Object Lookup questions. Options lists will be based on a data model.

You can also use Contact Managers as a list of options.

2. Update information in a data model using responses in a form with the help of the Create Contact or Custom Data Object plugin.

Data Model Object Synchronization

Object Synchronization feature allows to import lists of objects from external sources instead of creating objects manually one by one. Using Object Synchronization you can also update lists of objects automatically.
