Publish to the Portal Notification Tags

You can use tags in square brackets [ ] when editing your e-mail invitation with the link to the online form. These tags allow you to personalize your email or supply it with additional form or report links. 

[ONLINE_PORTAL] tag

The tag can be used in the Notification Email, which is sent when the form is published to the User Portal. The tag will be replaced automatically with the Online portal link.

 [USERNAME] Tag

The tag can be used in the Notification Email, which is sent when the form is published to the User Portal. The tag will insert the Login of the portal user.
